I am going to share a story with the internet. After hearing it, Shane Stewart himself said "I do not know what you are talking about." Don't worry, Shane, I will help you understand why your company failed me! :)
1. A gas fire started at my dwelling. I did not have a fire extinguisher, and it burned my dwelling to the point I could not live in it.
2. State Farm collectively left me in limbo for two days; I did not know if I should stay in a hotel or go to my parent's house, which is four hours away. They changed their mind several times.
3. I was told by Shane's office on the first day to keep my receipts and stay in a hotel.
4. On the morning of the second day, I called phone number 844-458-4300. Shane's office supplied me with this number. The representative, Ben, told me they would not pay for me to stay in a hotel.
5. Right after #4, I called phone number 972-600-1816. Shane's office supplied me with this number. The claims adjuster, Sage, told me the city (not any around Marble Falls) would need to declare it unlivable.
6. Right after #5, I called that city. They had no idea what I was talking about. SAGE LIED TO MY FACE!
7. I went to an office in that town to try to get help. The person there actually helped me, and I got everything resolved by them. I ended up showing the damage through an app on the phone.
8. Shane sends an email to my parents (which I did not give him permission to send it to my dad but rather my mom only) saying I need to calm down basically.
No Shane, we are going to have a little accountability.
I put photos in here so people can see that there was NO WAY I could live there. To keep me in limbo for two days without being able to answer a single question is ridiculous, in my opinion. Furthermore, I think they should pay me a salary because I made them do their job.
In my opinion, Ludicrous and Jake were not there for me. From what I can tell, Shane does not care about this indisputable fact!
